The new temperature control changes are not a bad thing

They went on to say that the savings in energy bills would allow them to make much needed updates to the building plus components plus that they hoped all the people would fully be on board with the changes

Working as a healthcare worker for nearly twenty years I have become accustomed to being entirely cold. I keep multiple sweaters plus such in my locker so that I am able to tolerate the temperature control during our shift. I was completely shocked when I arrived at my task the other day plus the building was much warmer than normal. My first thought was that the Heating as well as A/C equipment was broken plus I wondered how long it would take to service it. I mentioned this to the security guard at the front desk plus he basically told me that it was not broken. He said that they had acquired a memo earlier stating that the temperature control settings of the building would no longer be kept at the fifty nine degree setting. It stated that operating rooms plus ICU would still be kept that cool but the rest of the hospital would be set to seventy in order to save on energy bill expenses. They said that they would no longer comply with previous settings because it costs the hospital a great deal of money to keep the entire building such a frigid temperature. They went on to say that the savings in energy bills would allow them to make much needed updates to the building plus components plus that they hoped all the people would fully be on board with the changes. I certainly was glad because it meant that I would no longer need to wear so many layers at work! I am assigned to the geratric floor plus often our patients make complaints about being too frosty to begin with! You definitely won’t hear me complaining any time soon for sure.
